BlueMapleIT, LLC has an opening for the position of Computer Systems Analyst (Ref# CSA318SM).

Work Location: Charlotte, NC and relocation required to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Job Duties: Gather and analyze requirements and maintain, test, and monitor computer programs and systems.  Lead integration and implementation efforts for new enterprise applications, managing all risk categories and ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.  Create and implement integration strategies for risk categories, collaborating with solution architects to resolve system architectural conflicts and enhance overall system design.  Create business process flow diagrams using MS Visio and facilitate the development of a real-time data streaming platform for risk data.  Design integration workflows, creating modular and testable code to streamline risk data processing.  Architect and deploy Kafka-based real-time data streaming solutions.  Manage project execution and deliverables using Agile, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and manage product backlogs using JIRA.  Design and document RESTful APIs using Swagger, lead API testing with Postman, and collaborate with developers to enhance system interoperability and efficiency.  Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for the new applications, managing test cases, test plans, and ensuring application scalability through performance testing.  Achieve significant reduction in integration time and substantially improve data accuracy.  Use of Agile Scrum, JIRA, Swagger, Power BI, Tableau, Kafka, Java, Python, Postman, SQL Server, MS Visio, and MS Office.

Requirements: This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.  Plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation including Business Analyst or related experience.  Position requires 1 year of experience with gathering requirements, Agile Scrum, and JIRA.  40hrs/week.
